Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in "server log files". These are:

These data will not be combined with data from other sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.

Contact
Should you send me questions via the contact eMail, I will collect the data entered, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. I do not share this information without your permission.

I will, therefore, process any data you gave me only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before I receive your request may still be legally processed.

I will retain the data you provide until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)
I collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary to establish, or modify legal relationships with us (master data). This is done based on Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract. I collect, process and use your personal data when accessing my website (usage data) only to the extent required to enable you to access my service.

Collected customer data shall be deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

4   Plugins and tools

Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries
Among other things, I use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law.
If these tools are active, your personal data can be transferred to these third countries and processed there. I would like to point out that in these countries no level of data protection comparable to that of the EU can be guaranteed. For example, US companies are obliged to release personal data to security authorities without you as the person concerned being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. secret services) will process, evaluate and permanently store your data on US servers for monitoring purposes. I have no influence on these processing activities.

I run an Etsy shop. The provider of this service is Etsy Ireland UC, 5th Floor, One Le Pole Square, Ship Street Great, Dublin 8, Ireland (hereinafter “Etsy”).

When you are logged in to your Etsy account, you allow Etsy to associate your surfing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Etsy account.
